The company's collaborative efforts are dedicated to filling the housing gap in historically disinvested communities.
Sheyla and her team sparked a well-deserving buzz in the industry leading to a groundbreaking collaboration with CIC. They commenced with a substantial 20k square feet mixed-use development in the North Lawndale community on Chicago’s west side, and from there, it is truly "Herstory."
